NSW housing completions up 35% but approvals still lag behind Melbourne

While the 35% uplift in housing completions in NSW is good news, Sydney is still falling behind other capital cities - notably Melbourne - in new housing approvals. Over the past 5 years, Sydney has an approval rate just one-half that of Melbourne.
